SMS Data

Please note that the collection of financial SMS data requires your explicit permission, and such data will be uploaded to our servers. Once we have completed your risk assessment, the data will be promptly deleted. The SMS data accessed is processed transiently on your device for analysis and then securely uploaded to our servers. No permanent copy of the full SMS content is stored on your device.

Camera

Photos of ID documents or selfies provided for KYC (Know Your Customer) are used to meet regulatory compliance requirements. They are uploaded to our server and deleted after verification.

Device information

During the usage of the Services after registration, we may collect information about your device including device name, device model, region and language settings, unique device identifier, device hardware and software information, status, usage habits, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI and serial number), which will be used to secure your account, prevent frauds and analyze the stability of the Services.

AppList

To provide more accurate credit assessments and personalized services, we need to access information about the applications installed on your device (AppList). This helps us understand your financial habits and preferences (e.g., prevalence of financial, shopping, or utility apps), enabling us to tailor suitable credit offers. Only the application name and type (category) are accessed. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure privacy and security.

Location

To ensure smooth processing of your application and to verify your geographic eligibility for our services (e.g., confirming you are located within India), we use location tracking. Rest assured, we only access your location when you're actively using the app, not when it's running in the background. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.
